Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)
The DFDA provides access to a database of all Federal programs available to State and local governments (including the District of Columbia); federally-recognized Indian tribal governments; Territories (and possessions) of the United States; domestic public, quasi-public, and private profit and nonprofit organizations and institutions; specialized groups; and individuals. Grants.gov
"A simplified, unified "storefront" for all customers of Federal grants to electronically find, apply for and manage grants." Not all Federal grants can yet be handled online but you can search, download RFAs, application packages and information about all federal funding agencies.
