Veterinary Medical Officer III (Aquaculture)

Qualifications: 4 years of responsible professional veterinary experience, which includes 2 years of professional work experience involving the diagnosis and control of diseases for aquatic and marine species. A doctor's degree in veterinary medicine from an accredited university and a valid Hawaii veterinarian license or the ability to obtain one.

Description: The incumbent is responsible for providing veterinarian medical care services specializing in the area of aquaculture disease diagnosis, cure and prevention for species that are currently cultured or under investigation for culture in Hawaii.
